#### Description

For the first time ever, you can get professional-grade custom whitening treatment from home.

**Everything you need to whiten your teeth**
- Custom trays
- DayWhite Formula (6% Hydrogen Peroxide)
- 3 syringes
- Carrying case

**Treatment instructions:**
1. Floss and brush teeth.
2. Twist cap to remove from syringe and twist on mixing tip.
3. Place small dots of gel into the tray in front of each individual tooth.
4. Gently place trays over your teeth and wipe off any excess gel from gums.
5. Remove trays after 30-90 minutes and brush under cold water.
6. Brush teeth to remove remaining gel.

NOTE: Each syringe contains enough gel for 3 treatments. Over-filling trays may reduce the number of treatments and may cause irritation.
